Expectant Parents

Becoming a parent is one of the most exciting, joyful events you will ever experience. It can also be filled with anxiety and uncertainty as you take on the role of parent for the first time. We at Capitol Pediatrics have been there and we value the opportunity to work with you. Choosing us as your pediatrician is simple. If you are delivering at Johnston-Willis Hospital, just inform registration and/or the labor and delivery staff when you go to the hospital to have the baby. One of our physicians will see you and your baby daily while you are in the hospital. If you are delivering at another hospital, call our office on the day you are discharged to schedule your baby’s first visit in our office. We will usually schedule your baby to be seen within a week after you leave the hospital.
